From the beginning of our process to implement a VOIP system, I could see BetterWorld and their staff have an important understanding of the special needs and conditions of nonprofits…
Our new VOIP system is up and running very well and we’ve gone from two phone lines being shared by 10 people to each staff person having their own direct dial phones and multiple lines available to them whenever needed. The system has enhanced the performance of the entire staff and reduced stress levels. Our availability to the community has expanded. I am very grateful to BetterWorld for their dedication and service to improve the work lives of their customers.
